Senior Camp

For campers entering 4th through 7th grades, Mohawk combines the best elements of our traditional programs with a new range of activities and choices which offer the flavor of sleep-away camp. Senior campers customize large portions of their days, allowing them to focus on areas of special interest, including activities and specializations not usually found in day camping. Senior Camp is Mohawk's most exciting new innovation.

Senior Camp
Sleep Away Experience

Mohawk's optional one week sleep-away program, under the leadership of our own staff, is designed to be a comfortable, first overnight experience for campers in our older groups. Senior campers travel to a resident camp where they swim, fish and canoe on a beautiful lake, learn colonial crafts such as blacksmithing and experience nature and history with scenic hikes to caves, waterfalls and a reconstructed Native American village. Mohawk's overnight experience is one of the highlights of the camp season!
