Special Days | Camp Mohawk

Special Days at Mohawk are all about excitement, surprises and a good helping of summer magic.

Our Counselors and Administrators spend the “off-season” dreaming up some of the zaniest activities and events imaginable, and adding new twists to camp traditions. Recent years have seen Pirate Days, Gross-Out Days, Luaus and a Halloween-in-July.

Campers also look forward to Mohawk traditions that alumni remember for years, including our Pow-Wows that celebrate campers’ accomplishments (such as being a good friend or trying a new sport), Senior Camp’s M’Olympics and Camp Plays. And we can’t forget Wacky Wednesdays, Freaky Fridays, Sports Team Days, Wet-and-Wild Day (where we bring in all kinds of amazing water inflatables, such as a Human Carwash), our Fancy Dress Kindergarten Banquet and much more!

The season culminates with memorable skits that lead up to our enormous two-day Carnival extravaganza filled with games, floats, prizes, performers and Mohawk Man – our own superhero!
